What can we do for you?
We can help you with everything from developing strategies and concepts to content, production and implementation of your event. This can involve, for example, the development of an overall idea, spatial design, set design, scripts, graphics, images, vignettes, videos and animations, as well as ideas and solutions on how to create dynamics and interactivity before, during and after the event.
We are specialised in the following types of events
Please note that almost all events can be either digital or physical.
Broadcasts and webcasts
A broadcast or webcast is like a television show with split-second timing between different camera angles. This means that everything, from technical equipment to presenters, must perform to perfection. We can help you take a holistic approach to the content and conduct speech training to ensure your messages really cut through the clutter. We also make sure that sound, lighting, music, videos and presenters work together according to plan. Finally, we have developed a concept for a multi-functional studio that is optimised for performing dynamic and interactive broadcasts and webcasts – whether they are streamed live or recorded in advance.
Customer events
A customer event is usually organised to demonstrate new products and services, and/or to strengthen your relationship with new and existing customers. Unlike a trade fair, you have no competitors fighting for the visitors’ attention, but it still requires knowledge, creativity and sensitivity to create an environment and a programme that entices customers to accept your invitation – and then exceeds their expectations during the event. We can help you with everything from an overall theme to content and activities. A physical customer event often also includes a joint dinner with inspiring entertainment or a spectacular show, which we have great experience in creating and implementing.
Exhibitions and experience centres
Exhibitions and experience centres are venues where children and adults learn new things by acquiring information using multiple senses, dealing with challenges, experimenting and trying things out hands-on. In order to create curiosity, Aha! moments and insights, it’s important to start by mapping visitors’ prior knowledge and preconceived opinions. We can help you with research, and then develop an overall concept and content, such as thought-provoking main messages, extensive in-depth information, funny did-you-know facts and other curiosities. Of course, we also create spatial design, graphics, illustrations, animations, videos, VR and AR experiences.
Press events and press activities
A press event or press activity is sometimes held in connection with a product launch, an anniversary or a new and exciting collaboration. This often requires subject matter experts to meet and interact with journalists, which they may not be used to. In order to ensure that the meeting goes smoothly and achieves its full potential, it’s important that they learn about media logic, bridging, how to handle difficult questions and generally raise their knowledge about rhetoric. We can help you with this by offering basic media training for both individuals and larger groups. We can also take full responsibility for the entire event, whether it’s physical or digital, by writing press releases and invitations, designing the venue or studio, proposing activities and developing scripts, images, videos, animations, Q&A documents and press kits.
Product launches
The purpose of a product launch is to introduce a new product or service in the market. But it can also be about launching an existing product or service in new markets or to new segments. The launch can be a spectacular big bang in the form of a gigantic, physical or digital event – and/or it might take place in several small steps online and in social media. But whatever strategy you choose, it’s important to find the right positioning and communicate an attractive offer. To do this, thorough research is required to ensure you have full control of the target group and competing products and services. We can help you with that, and we can also take responsibility for the entire event – from concept and content to implementation.
Seminars
A seminar can be an energy-boosting part of a conference programme, a customer activity, a kick-off or a similar event. Unlike a lecture, a seminar is usually interactive and very much based on discussions, which means that the participants work together to solve a problem or a challenge. We can help you develop scripts and presentation material, as well as suggesting dynamic exercises that contribute to laughter, Aha! moments and in-depth and broadened knowledge. We also offer speech training to ensure you make a professional impression and that your message is really heard.
Summits and leadership meetings
A summit, or leadership meeting, often has the aim of setting the agenda for the future and creating shared visions and objectives. Whether the meeting is physical or digital, we can help you develop the content by refining the messages, adding dynamics and interactivity, and polish the presentation material to perfection using graphics, animations and videos. To ensure your messages are really heard, we also offer speech training. Of course, we can also create the dynamic environment required to inspire participants from all over the world to network and exchange ideas and experiences.
Trade stands
Attending a trade fair can be the most important opportunity of the year for you to meet new and existing customers. But the competition is often fierce and it’s important to really stand out in order to be seen and get the chance to do business. To ensure your success, it’s important that we work together to define clear objectives with your participation. When we all know what you want to achieve, we can help you with everything from the overall theme and communication to trade stand design and interactive solutions. Creating dynamic trade stands that attract visitors is both an art and a science. We know this after over 30 years in the industry.
Trainings
A training can be anything from a classroom course or a digital game to a physical event where participants absorb information at different stations. To ensure that you achieve your learning objectives and that the participants stay motivated, the keyword is variation. This is created by mixing theoretical blocks with practical exercises, discussions, challenges, quizzes and competitions. Since there’s often a lot of and/or complex information to convey, it is also important to take into account the human brain’s way of processing and structuring information. For this reason, we always ensure that the participants use multiple senses and that the activities are based on cognitive science.
Webinars
A webinar is a seminar or presentation that is transmitted online. Unlike a physical meeting, the presenter has no eye contact with the audience, which is why it’s not uncommon for them to lose their focus and sense of involvement. So the most important question you have to ask yourself is: How do I retain the audience’s attention and motivation throughout the webinar? Knowledge and the right preparation are essential to make webinars exciting, interactive and inclusive. Also, make sure to give the participants some kind of value that makes the webinar worth their time. For example, you might provide information or show how to use a product or service. We can, of course, help you with both the content and technology to achieve this.
Events make your brand come alive and let people experience it with all their senses.
Do you need a helping hand?
In addition to taking overall responsibility for the event, we can support you with effective one-offs. For instance, we can assist with practical details, provide speech training or polish your presentation material to perfection. Read more about what we can help you with below.
Concept development
Does your event lack a central theme, payoff or tag line? We can help you develop an overall idea that stands out and creates uniformity, interest and commitment. Usually, this involves a creative director, an art director and a copywriter.
Copywriting
Do you need to convey information orally or in writing? Our copywriters can help you fine-tune your main messages and develop scripts for presentations, videos or animations, write press releases or texts for your website or social media that engage, inspire and build trust.
Design
Do you have a theme for the event – and/or a venue or studio – bur lack a visual identity? We can assign you an art director and/or a 3D architect to ensure that your graphics, design, spatial design and set design convey the right feeling and reinforce the theme of the event.
Event coordination
Are you short of time and have many practical things to do? We can assign you an event coordinator to assist with administration and practical details connected to your event.
Interactivity
Are you unsure whether your event is engaging for the participants? Based on the event’s communication goals, we can review its content and structure and add exercises, workshops, ice-breakers, discussion ideas, challenges, games and competitions that create dynamics and interaction.
Media training
Are you going to attend a press conference or be interviewed by a journalist? To ensure that the meeting goes smoothly and achieves its full potential, we offer media trainings with practical exercises and tailored feedback for both individuals and groups. During the session, you’ll learn about media logic, bridging and how to deal with difficult questions, as well as increase your general knowledge in rhetoric.
Presentation support
Do you need assistance with PowerPoint presentations or any other type of presentation material? Our art directors and copywriters can create new material for you from scratch, or overhaul your existing material and hone it to perfection.
Producer/Show caller
Are you going to host a large event, gala or show? We can provide you with a producer who takes a holistic approach to the content and puts together the optimum programme for your event based on the conditions at hand. We can also provide a show caller who manages on-site staff and technology and coordinates sound, lighting, music, video, artists/entertainment and presenters to work together according to plan.
Project and production management
Do you have a work peak, or are you not used to planning and executing events? We can help you take a holistic approach and coordinate all deliveries to ensure your event meets your objectives, schedule and budget.
Speech training
Are you planning to give an oral presentation? Getting assistance before an important presentation saves time, ensures you convey the right message, boosts your performance and makes it engaging, captivating, easy to follow and easy to remember. We offer speech training individually or in groups with a focus on these aspects, and to ensure you make a professional impression in terms of vocal pitch, pace, emphasis, pauses, body language and presentation material.
Workshops
Do you need to create internal consensus, brainstorm new ideas or solve a problem? We can provide a workshop leader to help plan, implement and document your workshop. We act independently and dare to be challenging and ask difficult questions to ensure that your workshop moves forward in an engaging and energetic way.
Why choose A+A?

With over 30 years’ experience in the industry, we have invaluable knowledge and the ability to anticipate and deal with challenges. This, in turn, gives the margin needed to create new and unexpected ideas, harness the latest trends and test new technical solutions.
Personal engagement
We love taking on assignments that are complex, time-pressed or otherwise complicated! When a project is difficult, or almost impossible, to pull off, we often go more than the extra mile to ensure impeccable quality in all our deliveries. Our philosophy
Every event we make should help you achieve your business and communication goals.
While also making the journey fun!
To ensure your goals are achieved, it’s important for us to work closely with you throughout the project, and to dare to question the purpose of the event.
Is it to sell more products?
To introduce a new way of working?
To build the team?
To position your brand in a certain area?
Together, we develop specific objectives for the event and make sure they’re crystal clear to everyone involved throughout the project.
