Broadcasts and webcasts
A broadcast or webcast is like a television show with split-second timing between different camera angles. This means that everything, from technical equipment to presenters, must perform to perfection. We can help you take a holistic approach to the content and conduct speech training to ensure your messages really cut through the clutter. We also make sure that sound, lighting, music, videos and presenters work together according to plan. Finally, we have developed a concept for a multi-functional studio that is optimised for performing dynamic and interactive broadcasts and webcasts – whether they are streamed live or recorded in advance.
Customer events
A customer event is usually organised to demonstrate new products and services, and/or to strengthen your relationship with new and existing customers. Unlike a trade fair, you have no competitors fighting for the visitors’ attention, but it still requires knowledge, creativity and sensitivity to create an environment and a programme that entices customers to accept your invitation – and then exceeds their expectations during the event. We can help you with everything from an overall theme to content and activities. A physical customer event often also includes a joint dinner with inspiring entertainment or a spectacular show, which we have great experience in creating and implementing.
Exhibitions and experience centres
Exhibitions and experience centres are venues where children and adults learn new things by acquiring information using multiple senses, dealing with challenges, experimenting and trying things out hands-on. In order to create curiosity, Aha! moments and insights, it’s important to start by mapping visitors’ prior knowledge and preconceived opinions. We can help you with research, and then develop an overall concept and content, such as thought-provoking main messages, extensive in-depth information, funny did-you-know facts and other curiosities. Of course, we also create spatial design, graphics, illustrations, animations, videos, VR and AR experiences.
Press events and press activities
A press event or press activity is sometimes held in connection with a product launch, an anniversary or a new and exciting collaboration. This often requires subject matter experts to meet and interact with journalists, which they may not be used to. In order to ensure that the meeting goes smoothly and achieves its full potential, it’s important that they learn about media logic, bridging, how to handle difficult questions and generally raise their knowledge about rhetoric. We can help you with this by offering basic media training for both individuals and larger groups. We can also take full responsibility for the entire event, whether it’s physical or digital, by writing press releases and invitations, designing the venue or studio, proposing activities and developing scripts, images, videos, animations, Q&A documents and press kits.
Product launches
The purpose of a product launch is to introduce a new product or service in the market. But it can also be about launching an existing product or service in new markets or to new segments. The launch can be a spectacular big bang in the form of a gigantic, physical or digital event – and/or it might take place in several small steps online and in social media. But whatever strategy you choose, it’s important to find the right positioning and communicate an attractive offer. To do this, thorough research is required to ensure you have full control of the target group and competing products and services. We can help you with that, and we can also take responsibility for the entire event – from concept and content to implementation.
Seminars
A seminar can be an energy-boosting part of a conference programme, a customer activity, a kick-off or a similar event. Unlike a lecture, a seminar is usually interactive and very much based on discussions, which means that the participants work together to solve a problem or a challenge. We can help you develop scripts and presentation material, as well as suggesting dynamic exercises that contribute to laughter, Aha! moments and in-depth and broadened knowledge. We also offer speech training to ensure you make a professional impression and that your message is really heard.
Summits and leadership meetings
A summit, or leadership meeting, often has the aim of setting the agenda for the future and creating shared visions and objectives. Whether the meeting is physical or digital, we can help you develop the content by refining the messages, adding dynamics and interactivity, and polish the presentation material to perfection using graphics, animations and videos. To ensure your messages are really heard, we also offer speech training. Of course, we can also create the dynamic environment required to inspire participants from all over the world to network and exchange ideas and experiences.
Trade stands
Attending a trade fair can be the most important opportunity of the year for you to meet new and existing customers. But the competition is often fierce and it’s important to really stand out in order to be seen and get the chance to do business. To ensure your success, it’s important that we work together to define clear objectives with your participation. When we all know what you want to achieve, we can help you with everything from the overall theme and communication to trade stand design and interactive solutions. Creating dynamic trade stands that attract visitors is both an art and a science. We know this after over 30 years in the industry.
Trainings
A training can be anything from a classroom course or a digital game to a physical event where participants absorb information at different stations. To ensure that you achieve your learning objectives and that the participants stay motivated, the keyword is variation. This is created by mixing theoretical blocks with practical exercises, discussions, challenges, quizzes and competitions. Since there’s often a lot of and/or complex information to convey, it is also important to take into account the human brain’s way of processing and structuring information. For this reason, we always ensure that the participants use multiple senses and that the activities are based on cognitive science.
Webinars
A webinar is a seminar or presentation that is transmitted online. Unlike a physical meeting, the presenter has no eye contact with the audience, which is why it’s not uncommon for them to lose their focus and sense of involvement. So the most important question you have to ask yourself is: How do I retain the audience’s attention and motivation throughout the webinar? Knowledge and the right preparation are essential to make webinars exciting, interactive and inclusive. Also, make sure to give the participants some kind of value that makes the webinar worth their time. For example, you might provide information or show how to use a product or service. We can, of course, help you with both the content and technology to achieve this.
